
Mentoring who needs it...
The pressures of life can get to us all. The feeling of being lost, which only allows your worries about the tasks, goals and targets you need to achieve, to become overwhelming. This leads to motivation being lost and the task left undone. For some, organisation and planning does not come naturally, and from experience, this tends to be the catalyst for many anxieties and worries. Additionally, an imbalanced view of our strengths verses our weaknesses can make it harder for self-confidence to evolve.
Our mentoring service, which is particularly suited for individuals with difficulties, aims to alleviate such concerns. Often, just a simple chat with specific targets and structured "to do" lists is more than enough to help overcome the stress and anxiety felt when completing certain tasks. Moreover, it can support you with dealing with situations that may be contributing to raising your levels of anxiousness such as: a school environment, working with difficult people or preparing for an examination or interview. Whilst this is NOT a counselling service, we thrive on getting you to take positive action to bring about a change to a particular situation or circumstance.

Our mentoring service is offered by phone, skype or similar. It involves lots of discussion and action planning. It is our aim to set small, yet achievable goals, so that we can make a difference and help you to be less anxious about the burdens and challenges that you face.
